I have to say that I haven’t been to Domino’s in a while. I decided to go there today however I had sat down and I watched. I watched the guy behind the counter. Take an order take cash not wash his hands not wearing any gloves go from taking cash to go behind the counter and making food with the same hands that he grabbed cash from I thought it was the most disgusting thing ever I decided to order the five cheese mac & cheese to open up the container and barely had any noodles or anything let alone sauce. The hygiene of this place is disgusting. I would not recommend anyone to go there. The health department needs to come in as an anonymous person sit back and just Watch. They need to be shut down at this point. It’s disgusting never will I come here ever again.

I attempted to contact customer service to resolve an issue, but the phone line was busy for most of the time. When I eventually got through on my second attempt, the call was picked up but never answered. I could hear background activity, including a gentleman calling for a young lady named Ava or Eva. I understand that weather conditions, such as a snowstorm, can cause a high volume of orders and inquiries. However, adequate staffing and call handling should be anticipated and managed to ensure consistent customer service. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the overall customer experience.

Make sure to check the app and they are sending you to a different dominos. Food was cold and had to be reheated. And honestly the Hyde park one covers these in cinnamon, they actually make the pizzas half and half so our small children don’t have to split a slice. Also paid for EXTRA cheese. Where do you see that? Definitely go to the Hyde park one

I had place an order online for pick up & it was very disappointing. The guarantee for Domino’s says if it not made right you can replace or get refunded. What happens to the toppings or the pizza sauce. What is a pizza without no sauce I ask for my pizza to be well done & not even that was done. Also I got an oven back sandwich & hardly no meat like was there a shortage on ingredients. I pay for my food I never beg free meal to deprive of necessary of a hearty meal. Disgusted & disappointed & will never order from here again.

There was a deal for a 12in 2 topping pizza and I can never turn down a good deal. I ordered chicken alfredo pasta, 8 piece chicken wings and got the 12in pepperoni chicken pizza for free (normally it’s $22). My order came to be around 23 dollars and it was well worth it. Good wings and fantastic pizza. The serving size of the chicken Alfredo pasta was disappointing and the taste left something to be desired. I don’t normally order from here however I feel that this order has changed that. Thank you to this Dominos and all the lovely staff that work here.
